Refunds, Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and International Shipping Policy

Refunds
I sincerely appreciate your business and want the items you order to be everything you expect, and (with any luck) even just a teensy bit more. If they are not, please contact me within five days of receipt, and I will do my best to make it right. Please note that kits, supplies, and print-on-demand items may not be returned or exchanged but will be replaced immediately if damaged in shipment.

Privacy Policy
I will never sell or use your personal information for any purpose other than to communicate with you about your order if necessary.

Terms of Service
I make every effort to describe my patterns and products as accurately as possible. I do my best to give the truest representation of color correctness, but cannot guarantee color accuracy as every monitor displays color a little bit differently. If you have any questions about anything available in this web shop, please let me know and I will do my best to give you any information I can about what to expect when purchasing either my original patterns and kits or accompanying supplies. Print-on-demand items are managed by a third party, but if you have any trouble receiving your items or are unhappy in any way with their quality, please let me know and I will make it right without delay.

International Shipping Policy

All international shipments are sent via USPS first-class international mail (or Priority, depending on their weight) and are charged a higher shipping fee depending on the weight of items and the destination. International shipping fees have gone up in the past several years quite a bit. Shipping fees are added automatically when you place your order. Once items leave the U.S. they are not able to be tracked past their last location here. It is happening more and more often: You — especially if you are in the United Kingdom — may also be charged import taxes, customs fees, duties, or other charges by your home country when you receive the shipment; you are responsible for these. Unfortunately I can't control where, why, or how customs agents determine whether to charge you or not and, after shipping thousands of overseas packages through the years, there doesn't seem to be a lot of rhyme or reason to who gets charged. Please note that in spite of what your local postal carrier may tell you, the USPS does not allow us to pay any taxes or fees for you on our end, prior to shipping. I mark all of my shipments "merchandise"; please don't ask me to mark them as gifts because it is illegal to do that, and I won't.

Thank you!
