I sincerely appreciate your business and want the items you order to be everything you expect, and (with any luck) even just a teensy bit more. If they are not, please contact me within five days of receipt, and I will do my best to make it right. Please note that kits, books, photographs, and embroidery supplies may not be returned or exchanged but will be replaced immediately if damaged in shipment.

Terms of Service
I make every effort to describe my patterns and products as accurately as possible. I do my best to give the truest representation of color correctness, but cannot guarantee color accuracy as every monitor displays color a little bit differently. If you have any questions about anything available in this web shop, please let me know and I will do my best to give you any information I can about what to expect when purchasing either my original patterns and kits or accompanying supplies.
